2019 Vendor Applications

Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Cranberry Festival as an exhibitor. The festival is set up into different areas to highlight your product features best.

Most applications will be available by March 2019. Please email cbfest@muskoka.com if you a new vendor interested in joining to be added to the mailing list if your location application is not available yet. If you were a vendor in 2018, you will have received an email about re-application.

Outdoor Vendors

Applicants who are applying to be an outdoor vendor are responsible in providing their own tent. It is open to a broader variety of vendors, who would be placed in locations based on the product they are selling. Applications are still Juried so ensure that the products being offered suit the event and there are caps on the number of vendors in certain mediums.

Early Booking Application deadline #1 is April 15th 2019 for outdoor vendors

Juried Arts & Crafts Building (Arena) - wait list

Applicants who are applying for the Juried Arts & Craft Building key items:

  • Must be a Canadian Artist or Crafter who designs and produces their product in Canada

  • The Artist or Crafter is heavily involved in the production of the work

  • Their products have a high level of Craftsmanship

  • Their products are suitable to a high end quality product that is suitable, commercially viable and has appropriate price points

  • Their product is a tangible items that can be purchased at the show, or custom made to be received by the customer after the show

    This location is a stricter juried application process, where applications will be heavily critiqued to peers in similar mediums.

Country Bazaar (Community Centre- wait list) & Arts & Crafts (Stone Church)

Applicants who are applying for the Country Bazaar are still Juried, but not as strict as the Juried Arts & Crafts Building. Applicants who are applying for this location key items:

  • Must be a Canadian Artist or Crafter who designs and produces their product in Canada

  • The Artist or Crafter is heavily involved in the production of the work

  • Their product are suitable to a good quality product that is suitable, commercially viable and has appropriate price points

  • Their product is a tangible items that can be purchased at the show, or custom made to be received by the customer after the show

Food Vendors - some food categories are full. See application for more details

Food Vendor applications apply to a vendor who is making and serving their food at the event, outdoors. It does not apply to a vendor who make’s their product offsite and sells it pre- packaged.

There are a limited number of food vendors at this festival to balance the food options with the restaurants located in the town.

Note: Applications my be submitted without insurance, however upon acceptance a copy must be received within 2 weeks or September 28th, which ever is first. 

If an area is full/Wait list please email cbfest@muskoka.com to be added to the wait list to be notified when spaces become available.

Vendors that are selling premade food, and on site prepared food items are required to have a valid
 Food Vendor Special Event Permit from the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit. 

Cranberry Vendors that have been vetted and approved by the Festival Board proudly display their Approved Vendor Certificate.

To be considered a vendor in the Cranberry Economic Zone, vendors that are located on Private Property  are required by Festival and the Township of Muskoka Lakes to complete a private property application. Please scroll down for more information.
